WHY MOST INTERNET MARKETERS FAIL

After working over four years on the Internet, both on a part-time basis and a full-time basis, I feel I am qualified to analyze the high failure rate in Internet marketing. Did you know that 95% of all people who try to make money on the Internet never do?

So why is it that out of 100 people 95% of them will quit! Here are three reasons that I have zeroed in on.

1. Most Internet marketers do not give their product the desired publicity. This is a big mistake because they feel they can rely strictly on free advertising to get the necessary traffic to their websites.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to get free traffic to your website? It takes a lot of work and most people are just not willing to stick with that on a consistent basis.

However if you expect to really succeed in the game of Internet marketing you are going to have to spend money promoting your business in some way.

2. Most Internet marketers are not business people to start with. This means that they are really not entrepreneurial by nature. A true entrepreneur understands there will be many bumps along the roads to success.

As a matter of fact successful entrepreneurs view setbacks more in terms of opportunities. The average person does not have this mindset, therefore they get frustrated and give up and quit.

3. Most Internet marketers start part-time. This is understandable because we all have bills to pay and full-time jobs are necessary to do that.

However this does not give the ordinary person enough time to work on their business every day. This is especially hard when you are starting without any Internet marketing skills. You have to devote a certain amount of time to learning how to do Internet marketing before you can become good at it.

There just isn't enough time in the day for some people to learn how to become an Internet marketer and then turn around and put into practice the knowledge they have just received. Therefore they give up and quit!

With the many different ways to make money on the Internet today there really isn't any excuse for a 95% failure rate.

However I do not anticipate seeing a change in this failure rate because there are even more people coming online trying to make money then there has been in the past. Sadly most of these people will give up and quit before they ever become successful.
