INVEST IN REAL ESTATE FOR MEGA PROFIT

As the stock market takes investors to the cleaners, (yours truly lost quite a large sum)Real Estate has provided investors with a better alternative for investment. Unlike the Stock market where stock can appreciate without value, Real estate is nothing of such. In Real Estate, once land has value it never diminishes.

With Lagos assuming a Megacity status and the accompanying population explosion, investors are scampering over land properties. However, many people are obviously scared in the real estate sector due to the fear of Omonile (read fraudsters). There are steps one can take to avoid being a victim. Perhaps the most import is being careful with whom you TRUST. Don’t just rely on introduction by friend who themselves may act on ignorant.

·         Don’t assume you are safe just because you are dealing with an elderly person.
·         Investigate as much as you can b4 you part with money.
·         Engage the services of a lawyer.
·         Take possession as soon as you buy.
·         Safest however is to buy into real estate offer.

Real Estate remains the best investment any one can do in a hyper inflationary economy.
