Profitable Real Estate- watch out for Ikorodu LGA

Perhaps the oldest of the developing environment in Lagos state is Ikorodu LGA.  Ikorodu with all of its potential remain largely underdeveloped due largely to the traffic situation in the region. Notwithstanding, with the  recent planned expansion of Ikorodu/ Shagamu road, large boatyard and a forth mainland bridge being planned for that region, real estate is in for a boost.

Though purchase is largely from Omoniles, investors who want to keys into the large potential that region presents has to acquire large portion for estate. We strongly advise interested members of the public to take position now that properties can be gotten below 500k.

As the stock market takes investors to the cleaners, (yours truly lost quite a large sum)Real Estate has provided investors with a better alternative for investment.
